I seriously don’t get why ANYONE would want to make someone cheating on them a public issue. The only incentive I can ever think of is if they were that desperate for money. But otherwise, that someone cheated on you is one of two things, or both. Its either a shameful thing for yourself that you couldn’t meet their needs/be attractive, or its a shameful thing for them that they broke any commitment they gave you. Depends on the circumstances and if commitment was actually given/said, or if it was assumed.
Seems obvious that commitment was said on both parties in this one. But that he sacrificed himself on an alter to what he considered a god, and she turned out to be… human. Big surprise.
You can see in his eyes and in his voice that he expected to confront her and get a heartfelt confession of wrongdoings, apology, and love, and that this dream shattered EXACTLY when she walked off the bus. It was at that point that I started both laughing at him and feeling sorry he thought he could sacrifice who he is for anyone, let alone some harpy.
I laughed when she started calling his mom and he lost his shit. Who wants to take bets that the mom sided with the girl on her son being in the wrong for not meeting the girl’s needs and making a big issue out of it?

Women are really good at this – they fuck up and somehow the guy ends up defending himself and feeling like an asshole. It’s almost like there’s some kind of relationship manipulation bootcamp that all women are required to attend, because every single guy who has a relationship with a woman will experience this in varying frequency.
When your woman is not crazy, it’s tougher because she has a dialed down frequency of gaslighting. It’s downright evil, because it’s much more effective at a mid-to-low frequency. At high frequency, we call it ‘crazy’. At the very lowest frequency, it can be chalked up to a rare event and can be dismissed, but at those mid levels, it simply throws men into completely foreign waters and their brains stop working correctly.
Most guys know something’s wrong with this picture, but they can’t see the forest through the trees. The red pill is like having the ability to fly above the trees and see the forest. It gives you the clarity to call your woman out when she gaslights you like this.
